I am an experienced massage therapist with a strong understanding of anatomy, and I have a gift and passion for helping you reach optimal health.

In my practice, I utilize my many modalities in an integrated way to create the best massage experience that is customized to you for each visit. Relaxation is an integral part of therapy for tension and pain, so everything in my massage room is chosen to promote relaxation.

All sessions are by appointment only, booked at least 24 hours in advance. I charge $30 for no-show and late-cancelation appointments.
